Our consultants have a “sixth sense” when it comes to power use, waste and optimization. Often, an upgrade solution can literally pay for itself without initial out-of-pocket costs, and drive long-term savings. For example:

• LED Lighting – We can replace all your traditional light bulbs (incandescent, halogen and even fluorescent) with fuel-efficient LED bulbs. Instead of out-of-pocket costs, we simply share in the savings on your bill for defined period of time, based on reduced electrical demand triggered by the replacement process.
• Demand Response – The utility companies offer financial incentives to consumers who voluntarily cooperate to yield capacity reduction during peak hours. While these savings are certainly beneficial, they are only a start; we use the same data you are providing to the electric company to carefully optimize your usage further, helping you create schedules that avoid power requirement spikes during peak hours
• Energy Efficiency – Often, an upgrade to your HVAC, water heaters and pumps, lighting, or factory equipment can drastically improve your energy needs. For instance, a CoGen generator system minimizes waste by using or selling off-grid heat generated as a by-product of power generator activity. While many of the improvement would otherwise be  costly, we offer plans in which we either delay payments or provide financing that allows you to leverage your energy savings to pay for the upgrade over time.
• Grant Analysis and Integration – Based on our analysis of your current needs, usage and forecasts, EZ identifies which government grants are most realistically accessible, and helps you implement the cost-saving changes that will earn you those grants. Often, this can yield upgrades that involve little or no out-of-pocket expense while giving you long-term, ongoing savings.
